Outside of school, I really love to watch new TV shows and explore different places and festivals in the LA area.

Hi everyone! I am a 4th-year Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology major. I am thrilled to be part of the Honors Fellows, as I see it as an incredible opportunity to be more involved with the Honors community and participate in beneficial and meaningful experiences. I am interested in science and research, specifically learning about epigenetics. I enjoy watching horror movies (always open to recommendations!) and trying new dessert and boba places in LA.

I love to bake (especially chocolate chip cookies), make jewelry, and go to the beach. A fun fact about me is that my brother and I have the same birthday, but we’re three years apart!

I'm a prolific reader and writer, stationery geek, and coffee nerd. I spend my free time cafe hopping and visiting book stores.
Sofie AzmiHi! I’m Sofie, a 2nd-year Cognitive Science major and Applied Developmental Psychology minor from San Francisco, CA. I am in the College Scholars program and am so excited to help the Honors Community as an Honors Fellow! I am greatly interested in developmental psychology and overall neuroscience (which I learned from my cluster class!), and am currently involved in social cognitive neuroscience research. Aside from school, I love to take photos, go to pilates/yoga classes, and explore food in LA!
Anushka UdeshiI'm a third-year participant of the College Scholar program at UCLA, pursuing a double major in Business Economics and Statistics and Data Science. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, I bridge my analytical background with leadership roles in campus consulting and finance organizations. This coming summer, I will be heading to New York City for a management consulting internship. Outside of my professional pursuits, you can find me skiing in Mammoth or enjoying a quiet afternoon hammocking on Janss Steps.

Hi everyone! I’m Alex, a 4th-year Linguistics and Psychology major in the College Honors Program. I’m from Agoura Hills and am a transfer from Moorpark College. I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in Linguistics, and I’m currently working on an honors thesis and have taken graduate-level courses in psycholinguistics. Outside of classes, I love exploring new cafés, playing board games, and finding new things to read/watch.

Hi, I'm Neha, a third-year Economics and Political Science graduating this year. I'm from Sacramento, CA, and wish to pursue a career in public policy. I'm in the College Scholars program, and I'm passionate about sustainability, human rights laws, and affordable housing/transportation in LA. In my free time, I edit videos for the Facilities Commission (FAC), take pictures of my friends, plan events with the Transfer Student Representative Office (TSR), or explore nearby trails!

Isabel GonzalezHi! I’m Isabel Gonzalez, a 2nd-year UCLA student double-majoring in Political Science and Public Affairs with aspirations of becoming a criminal lawyer. I'm a College Scholar and completed the Brain, Bodymind, and Society cluster. I plan to attend law school after graduation and am interested in gaining hands-on experience in the legal field, including pursuing internships and eventually working as a paralegal.
